- A main bedroom for 2 people (2 single beds of 90 cm, placed together or separately)
- A bedroom for 3 people (1 single bed and 1 bunk bed of 90 cm) with a desk table and/or a baby bed
- A large living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen; the living room includes a double sofa bed and is equipped with TV, Internet, and WiFi
- A bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet, equipped with a washing machine and dryer, and designed for people with reduced mobility
- A large inner courtyard with parking space for one car
- A terrace and garden, equipped with a barbecue
- The bedrooms, living room, bathroom, and toilet are all designed for wheelchair accessibility (PRM)
- Dog allowed (additionnal request for cleaning)
The RATE includes the rental, utilities, tourist taxes, VAT, bed linens, bath towels, kitchen towels, and cleaning after the stay.
- The rental price is €130 per night for stays of less than 6 nights (from 2026)
- For stays of 6 nights or more, the rate is €120 per night, totaling €840 for a week (from 2026)
- The rental price for a weekend is €310

The room is located at the far right end of the farmhouse and features a large mezzanine overlooking the inner courtyard. It has a small private garden and a parking space.
